Unlike most social networks, we will NEVER sell your data or monetize it via advertising. All personalization and data usage in this App are strictly for the purpose of nurturing and improving your 1:1 relationships and your experience in the App.

We collect only what we need to operate the App, enable 1:1 relationship features, maintain security, and improve quality.

2.1 Account Information (PII)
- Identifiers: name/full name, email address, and user ID assigned by our systems.
- Optional profile details you choose to provide: phone number, birthday (if you enable birthday-related features).
- Friend connections and friend requests metadata (e.g., who you connect with, pending requests).

2.2 Authentication and Account Security Data
- Authentication tokens and identifiers from our auth provider(s) to securely sign you in.

2.3 App Usage and Activity
- In-app events and feature interactions (e.g., opening screens, enabling AI triggers, responding to friend requests), timestamps, and basic performance metrics to ensure the App works as intended and to improve it over time.

2.4 Device and Technical Information
- Device model, operating system, app version, language, and time zone.
- Log and diagnostic information (including crash logs and error reports).
- Network information such as IP address which may infer approximate location at a city/region level; we do not collect precise GPS location.

2.5 Communications
- Messages or feedback you send to us (e.g., support requests) and our correspondence with you.

3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information strictly to:
- Provide and maintain the App and its 1:1 relationship features (e.g., friend requests and related notifications or reminders you enable).
- Personalize and improve your experience within the App in service of your 1:1 relationships (e.g., optional birthday reminders, inactivity nudges you enable, interest tags you select).
- Authenticate you, keep your account secure, prevent spam/fraud/misuse, and enforce our terms.
- Monitor performance, fix bugs, and improve reliability and quality.
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights and the safety of users.

We do NOT use your data for behavioral advertising. We do NOT sell your data.

4. Legal Bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we rely on one or more legal bases: consent (e.g., enabling an AI trigger such as birthday reminders), contract (providing the App you requested), legitimate interests (security, service improvement), and legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for advertising.
We may share information with:
- Service providers and processors that help us operate the App (e.g., cloud hosting, databases, analytics, crash reporting, authentication). These providers are bound by contracts to use your data only on our instructions and for the App’s purposes.

13. Additional Information
- Third-Party Services: The App may integrate with third-party services (e.g., authentication, analytics, crash reporting, hosting). Their use of your data is limited to supporting the App’s functionality, under contracts that require confidentiality and security.
- Data Categories Summary: PII (name, email, optional phone, optional birthday), account and connection metadata (friend requests, connections), authentication tokens/identifiers, usage and event telemetry, device/technical data, network-derived approximate location, diagnostics and crash reports, and support communications. We do not collect precise geolocation, contacts, photos, or microphone data unless explicitly added as a feature and permissioned in the future (in which case this Policy will be updated).
